An interesting, but laughable, character idea I had for Smash 4 DLC

Yes, Excadrill. Now, I know what you are most likely thinking. "Excadrill? Really? That's stupid." And yes, while I realize it is quite unlikely, this is more of a pipe dream I'd like to share. He would have an interesting move-set, and I thought it would be pretty cool for Excadrill to represent the competitive Pokemon communtiy (As unlikely as that is)
