We are excited to present to you the first ever South Louisiana Major! We plan to make this the biggest annual FGC of Louisiana and hope to grow larger every year! This year we will be a one day event.

IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE PLEASE NOTIFY AN EVENT ORGANIZER SO WE MAY ACCOMODATE THAT.
For anyone who may want to come out of town and stay the night, we have special discounted room rates with the hotel!
Rooms are $119 per night and come with free complemtary breakfast in the morning and free evening reception between the hours of 5pm-7pm which includes hors d'oeuvres and cocktails from the bar.

Loser may switch characters. Winner may not.
All finals will be 3 out of 5.
Mortal Kombat X (PS4):
Best 3 out of 5..
Loser may switch characters and variations. Winner may not.
Killer Instinct (XB1):
Best 3 out of 5.
Loser may switch characters. Winner may not.
Guilty Gear XRD -SIGN- (PS3):
Best 2 out of 3.
Loser may switch characters. Winner may not.
All finals will be 3 out of 5.

Mii Fighters MUST use the default size.
Best of 3 sets, top 6 will be best of 5 (WSF, WF, LQF, LSF, LF, GF)
If a match ends with a player using Ganon's Flame Choke the win will go to the initiator of the move.
You cannot counter pick to any stage you have already won on.
No excessive stalling.
Gentleman's Clause: Any stage may be played on if both players agree to it.
Recommended controllers: Gamecube Controller, Wii U Pro Controller, Wiimote, 3DS (Wii U Gamepad is allowed but not guaranteed to be at the setup)

Omega Stages (if Final Destination is banned, Omega stages are as well)
First stage is decided by banning from the stage list in P1-P2-P2-P1 order. Following stages decided by the winner banning 1 stage and then loser choosing.
Ties are broken by stock count, then lower damage rate. If this also results in an exact tie, players will play a 1-stock, 3 minute sudden death game.
