Ranking Criteria
You will be positioned not strictly on tournament placings, but who you play in tournament, their status as a player and how it went down. If tournament results are too close to decide placings we will use our best judgement. You have to live in Alabama and you have to be an active player. If you don't go to tournaments or even smash fests with recognized players for too long, you will likely be taken off the rankings.

Methodology
A ballot was sent to each region containing a list of about 15 players worthy of consideration for the power rankings. Each region was asked to list, in order, who they felt were the top 10 players in the state. These rankings were then averaged into the list above (honorable mentions are those players who received at least one vote, but did not make the list). The number next to each player indicates the average ranking they received. Mobile was not included in the voting due to the recent exodus of most of their relevant players and the inactivity of those who remain. Should they become more active, the next update of these rankings will reflect that.
If you feel you deserve to be on this ranking, or are already ranked, but feel you deserve to be ranked higher, go out and prove it! There's a tournament almost every weekend somewhere in Alabama with at least one person on the power rankings in attendance, you have no excuse not to go out there and make a name for yourself![/SPOILER]
