3rd Party Characters

I want to know what you guys think are the most probable NEW 3rd party characters. Give at least one GOOD reason why.

I think one of the most wanted and probable 3rd party chars. is Megaman.
Megaman should be in Smash 4 because of his importance in Nintendo's history and relevance in gaming as a whole. Megaman would fit very well into the smash universe and is a much better choice than some other characters. (Cloud)

Although I do agree in that Mega Man is the most likely third-party newcomer.

I'd say that Pac-Man takes the mantle as most likely at this point, but Mega Man is the Non-NB 3rd Party with the biggest shot.
