3ds capture cards are freaking expensive, how can I get around this?

I want to make decent-quality smash videos on my 3ds for a youtube channel. It's bad enough that I'm recording a 3ds (I don't have a wii u, the quality's not as good on 3ds), I'm not gonna point a camera at it. I've seen a lot of videos trying to show ways to record a 3ds screen without a capture card, but they all involve some **** like taping it down or something that just doesn't work well with a fast paced game like smash in which you can't hold the system still. I'm willing to spend some money, but not 150-500 freaking dollars. Any tips?

There isn't really any method around it. I recommend just using those rough camera methods to record replays. There isn't an audience for smash 3ds content really (though other 3ds content, certainly)
