So I'm the head of the University of Pittsburgh Smash club. We're legit with the university, so we can reserve rooms and such. To make this short, I want to have Pittsburgh monthlies. I sent these questions to Juggleguy since he's involved with Sweet, but consider these questions open to the public. Ignore any Sweet specific stuff.

And lastly to the public, how many of you guys would be interested in Pittsburgh monthlies? In particular, I wanna know about the out of state guys, but if you think there's a chance you can make it, post it regardless of where you're from.1. How many setups do you typically provide? I'm able to provide four setups (three belong to the club, one is my personal one). How much do you have to rely on others for setups?
2. How many people do you guys typically get? This will help me figure out how many setups we'll need to run the tournament smoothly and still have a healthy amount of friendlies.
3. How much would you guys charge per event?
4. How much do you guys have to pay to reserve your space at UMich? This might be a moot point for myself as I can reserve a lot of rooms free of charge. I'd love to host tournaments without a venue fee though
5. Streaming setups? Do you guys go full out with a HD capture card? I've got a reliable but decidedly low end capture card. Also, I don't have a mixer, but I can use Virtual Audio Cable much like some LoL hobbyist streamers do. Should I bother with a more professional setup?
I mean, I can set it up so you can hear the two commentators pretty well over USB headsets while having watchable picture quality. Not sure if I should go much further than that really.
6. How many out of state players do you guys typically get? I know some of the Pittsburgh crew comes in sometimes.
