3.0 characters getting stuck on water in summit

I've noticed that some characters will get stuck on the surface of the water on Summit. I first discovered this with Jigglypuff, when she Rollouts on the water surface, she will get stuck in place, and will be unable to move or jump, leading to getting eaten by the fish.


I tested this with other characters to see if it's an overall bug, and so far, it only seems to be with Jigglypuff.


Now, I do not know if this occurs in 3.0.1 or 3.0.2, but it is definitely present in 3.0. I will update this post if I find this to still be present in more recent versions.

I'm extracting 3.0.2 right now, so I'll know for sure in the next few days.
