The following tournaments were considered in creation of this PR, with respect to players' overall placements and individual wins and losses:

TOP 10 SSB64 PLAYERS IN SOUTHERN ONTARIO!
#1 YBOMBB
Toronto -
Has no losses to anyone else in southern Ontario.
#2 Preston
York -
Consistently places high. Has a 4-3 record over *** Vwls.
#3 *** Vwls
York -
Has astounding wins over Revan (1-3) and Sextc (1-1). However, his losses to pidgezero_one (0-1) and Blacktwins (0-1) as well as his 3-4 record with Preston place him below Preston.
#4 Unreal
Toronto -
Is 1-0 over both Preston and *** Vwls. However, his low attendance paired with Vwls' strong upsets vs Ottawa players put him lower than Vwls.
#5 B Link
Toronto -
Has a winning, tied, or unplayed record with everyone below him, and a losing record to everyone above him.
#6 Zombie
Toronto -
Has an impressive set win over Preston (1-1). However, his losing record to B Link (0-1) places him below B Link.
#7 NessKhalifa
Toronto -
Has winning records vs everyone below him, except Davion (0-1).
#8 pidgezero_one
Toronto -
Is 1-0 vs *** Vwls, Nero, and Davion, but has a losing record to everyone else ranked above her.
#9 Bon
Toronto -
Is 1-1 with Zombie and 1-0 over pidgezero_one. However, his losses to Claytonno and Enneille (0-2) put him at 9th.

York -
Is 1-0 over NessKhalifa, and outplaces everyone below him. However his low attendance record and lack of further data keep him at 10th.

As is typically the case, this was an incredibly difficult PR to decide. Summer 2015 could have been better called "Upset City."
Due to the phenomenal growth of Ottawa's Smash 64 scene, our PRs have been split into two regions, meaning that only players who resided within southern Ontario during May-August 2015 qualified for this PR.
Construction of the PR
The Power Rankings were constructed mostly based on head-to-head data, and counting up wins vs losses for each player with "notable" players (players with good attendance, were on the last PR, placed high at a tournament, are inter-regional threats, or performed well against PR members). Players had to have attended at least one tournament (this requirement was reduced from the previous PR's two tournament requirement due to it being half the timespan) to qualify.
The PR panel consisted of the following members:
