Prices
Venue: $5
-2 dollars off if you bring a TV or game cube/wii that is being used.
-No venue fee if you bring a full set up (television and system).
Singles: $10
Doubles: $20 ($10 per person)
4 or 5 Man crews: $25 total
LATE FEE: $5 (call ins need to be paid to avoid late fee)
GENESIS RULE: NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Prize/Placement Cash
Singles and Doubles payout:
1st 60% of pot
2nd 30% of pot
3rd 10% of pot

Crews Payout:
1st: the rest of the pot.
2nd: $25 (entry fee returned)

TIMES
Day One:
9:00am- doors open - begin setting up
IF YOU HAVE SET UPS COME LATER THAN 9:30
10:00am- doubles bracket begins
6:00pm- singles pools begin
9:30pm- clean up
10:00pm- get out

Day Two:
9:00am- singles pools continues (singles bracket will begin 20minutes after pools is complete)
3:00pm- crews begins
9:00pm- clean up
10:00pm- get out and maybe denney’s? loll

IF YOU PLAN TO EAT ELSEWHERE (besides Fuddruckers) YOU MUST BE OUT OF POOLS and/or BRACKET

Singles and Doubles RULES
The Obvious:
-4 stock
-8 minute time limit
-2 out of 3 sets, first player to two wins advances.
-losers/winners semi finals, winners/losers finals and grand finals are best of 5 matches. (3 out of 5)
-Double Elimination
-items off

More Rules:
-Ties broken by
A. By whoever has more stock wins
B. Whoever has lower percent wins
C. If they both are at the same percent same stock then the sudden death is played out.
-STRIKEOUT METHOD FOR FIRST MATCH!
A. Characters are decided
B. The players play rock-paper-scissors. Winner decides order.
C. The order is 1-2-1 on striking out stages.
-Winner set your ONE stage ban AFTER your first match is played.
-Loser counter pick procedure.
A. Loser chooses stage.
B. Winner chooses character.
C. Loser chooses character.
-Dave’s Stupid Rule (canNOT counter pick a stage you have won on in the same set).
-Wobbling and freeze glitch is banned
-all forms of excessive stalling are banned (example: mewtwo soul stunner, peach bomber, jigglypuff’s rising pound, etc.)

Crews RULES
-single elimination
-20 stock
-4 or 5 players per team
-4 players = 5 stock per player, 5 players = 4 stock per player
-each crew must elect a captain
-before each set the crew must submit a roster with each players character to opposing captain
-time limit off
-items off
-only neutral stages allowed, including when you counterpick stages
-first match of the crew battle is double blind
-after the first match each match stage selection is random, UNLESS the fresh player decides to counterpick a stage, then the previous winner may change their character.

(and for clarification Rainbow Cruise and Brinstar are NOT available stages at this tournament)
