In the 128 glass cases of the Brawl Challenges, there are 72 trophies, 31 CDs, 12 stages, 5 stickers, 5 masterpieces, and 3 stage builder part sets.

YouTube stream: Brawl All 128 Challenges

You get 5 golden hammers in total. One from 30 hours of Brawl, one from 45,000 combined feet in HRC, one from 500 KOs, one from 1,000 KOs, and one from 2,000 KOs. This is what people have said, let me know if you know otherwise. Any Boss Battles and Intense Classic cannot be broken. Intense All-Star, 100-Man Brawl with all characters, and 100 hours of brawls can be broken. For strategic discussion of golden hammers, read this thread: Best use of Golder Hammers?. If you know of challenges they do or not do work on that I don't have listed here, please let me know.

If you're having trouble with a challenge, post here for help. Some things to note are that the trophies for all final smashes / all characters count those for Sheik, Zero-Suit Samus, etc. Two tactics I found particularly helpful were my CD / Sticker factory and my KO Factory. Keep in mind things like KO totals, grabbed coin totals, etc. are only counted for normal brawls, and not special brawls.

WiFi cannot be used to unlock any challenges directly, though you do get CDs and Stickers you get from on-line play (though if someone else gets it, you don't). Co-op can be used to unlock a completion challenge by difficulty, but nothing else.

Remaining trophies, CDs, and stickers can be found through normal gameplay. Once you unlock and gain a sticker, it's then possible for that sticker to drop like others. In total for Brawl, there are 35 selectable characters (39 playable), 41 stages (Brawl & Melee), 258 Songs (Stage Song Lists), 544 trophies (List, Video), 12 masterpieces, and 700 stickers.

Here is a video where I complete the last challenge with all five Golden Hammers unused: Brawl 100% Completion: Intense Boss Battles

Here is a linearized view of the full Challenge wall (click to enlarge):

Jake is definitely dropping Yoshi
there are 35 standard characters.

Samus & Zero Suit Samus (+1)
Zelda & Shiek (+1)
Squirtle, Ivysoar, Charizard (+2)

That makes 39. Unless you count Giga Bowser as another, or I am missing one...

40 playable i thought there was 39
Typo - thanks

258 songs?

Well now, that CAN'T be right...

I could have sworn the song count was 314.

Can you please clarify?
When you get the KK Slider trophy, your music menu will say you have 258 songs. The 314 count comes from people who are ripping Brawl and examining it. The 56 song difference is, I'm told, made up of various small Menu tracks, and even 2 completely blank tracks, that Brawl itself doesn't count.

Yeah, and also the small songs that play at mini-games at the WarioWare stage, iirc.

did you use any golden hammers to open any of them? Right now my goal is to unlock them all without using any especially since it can't open the ones I would really want to use them on (boss battles intense).

No; I still have all 5 golden hammers, as the video I'll be making will show.

And you don't have to worry about temptation for Boss Battles intense, since a friend told me that's one of the one's that cannot be broken into via golden hammer.

The 314 number includes 2 completely blank tracks and a whole bunch of Victory Themes, among other things.

How do you get the golden hammers? I only have 4. I guess it doesn't really matter since I'm also trying to complete the board without using them.

Wow, I didn't even know there were some that couldn't be broken. That's cool.

Are you able to obtain the K.K. specific songs in the total song count? By that I mean DJ K.K., K.K. condor, etc or can you only listen to them during saturday nights?

Have some questions..

To get the edit parts b and c how many times you have to play custom stages in total?

Also I've been wondering, how do you get the extra Final Destination songs and the Snake Eater song? Just by getting random CD drops?

Well, you don't get parts B and C by PLAYING the stages, you get them by MAKING the stages. Just make a bunch of stages with 4 blocks or so, then save and continue to the next one until you unlock B and C. You'll need to MAKE, not have, 15 stages and then exit out of stage builder, and you'll get the parts. As for the Final Destination songs, I'm not sure, but the Snake Eater song is obtained by brawling on the Shadow Moses Island stage 15 times. Hope this helps!

Co-op intense boss mode is the way to go. Double charizards eat bosses so fast. You can almost kill tabuu from 0-death if he does that pummel move and you're both behind him.

I still have to do all-star with another 15 characters and do boss-mode with almost everyone, not looking forward to it :/

Yeah, it's awful too. I was saving one of my hammers for Boss Battles on Intense, then I found out, when it was finally red, that I couldnt break it, so I just used my hammer on 100 man with everyone, that'd be impossible for me. I r teh suck with Samus and Bowser, and the ICs and Yoshi.

i have no shame in using my hammers :p as i only used them in very time consuming ones
not the hard ones(which cant be broken anyways really so w/e)
such as 100 man melee with every character, every sticker etc, every song etc...(if one fo those cant be broken i was just posting examples) i only have 4 more to break myself. but intense boss battkes and very hard boss battles have made me put it off. the other 2 include the 50 hour brawl and 100 hour brawl. i think i will break 100 hour brawl with my last hammer just cuz im impatient :p

Don't you mean 100 hours OF brawl or 100-MAN brawl?

the 100 hours of brawl counts combination time so if you have 4 controllers [like me] it only takes 25 hours minus the time you already have on there and 30hours gives a gold hammer

edit:typo 25 was 15

****. Wish I'd saved my hammers. I've only got one left and it's either going to either the Intense Boss Battles, or Boss Battles with all characters... most likely Intense.

I heard from many places that the hammer does not work on boss battles intense. You'll have to use it on another one...

I'm trying to do everything without using any of the hammers... so far so good, with only 20 or so left to go.

Since you have almost all the stickers, do you have Roy's? and what is his effect?
I also got a great idea, why not update the SmashWiki sticker section.

Keep in mind things like KO totals, grabbed coin totals, etc. are only counted for normal brawls, and not special brawls.
Not true. I used your KO factory (good work, by the way ;)) with a Heavy, Lightning Brawl to get the 2000 KO Challenge.

700 Stickers = Stickers Trophy
Intense Boss Battles = Galleom (Tank Mode) Trophy

EDIT: Best way to beat Intense Boss Battles I've found is using Charizard's Rock Smash...a lot. It doesn't work as well against Rayquaza, so some experimenting with that fight (although I tried this on Very Hard after beating intense, I don't know how effective it is on intense), using Charizard's quick D-Tilt against Rayquaza is a better option.

I believe the 700th sticker I'm missing is the 180-some flinch resistance, is that it, and if so - where did you get it? I have over 60 of my most common sticker, I'm really annoyed I don't have the last sticker yet.

And I beat through Very Hard Boss Battles no problem with Rob, after that I've mostly been trying Metaknight. Fox, Charizard, Young Link, and Donkey Kong are the other names I hear frequently for people trying this.
