Here's the basic stage:
However, it doesn't always stay like this.
It transforms!
There are two types of transformations: Platform and Effect
Platform Transformations
"To be or not to be. That is the...Hey, where'd my skull go?" [Contains Walls]
A tree. (3 additional platforms)
Blocks (It seems to create a temporary Temple effect
) [Contains Walls]
A house? (Two platforms are added onto the sides of the stage)
The Gray Banners of PictoChat (Two elevated platforms off the side)
Sailing on the clouds? (A floating platform)
PK...STARSTOOOOOORM! (The boat, water and poles are all solid) [Contains Walls]
...WTF is this? ...Peach's umbrella? (A triangle shaped platform)
The sun is shining... (Five slanted platforms)
A clock? (The hands rotate) [Cannot go up through the platforms] [Contains Walls]
An additional platform... (and it's supported by two ladders)
Another house? (This time, the top of the house is a platform)
DoubleTree confirmed? (It's two trees, which make a bundle of platforms)
Hey, this isn't a carnival! (Rotating platforms. They seem to move slowly...)

Pit and the Pendulum? (A swinging platform)
PictoChat is watching you (Two slanted platforms)
Okay, this is just freaky. (A long, slanted platform) [The slant acts like a wall and you can't go down through it. You can't go up through it either unless you're on the left ledge when this form spawns]
"Wow! A whale!" [Contains Walls]
Effect Transformations
Breeze (It pushes you slightly) [The face is a Wall]
T3h Phire (Weak damage, 1% per hit, juggles)
PictoKart (Moves on a track above the stage and does 10%)
Sonic's spring? (A...spring)
A pair of rockets? (They're slow and have medium power. Does 25% each. They explode on their own if they reach the other side, too.)
Spikes? (These things pwnt Sonic. 60% damage. That had to hurt. However, the damage seems to be variable, so I guess it's not that broken 
This was changed, the spikes can only do 20% now.)
A Piranha Plant? (Piranha plant just owned some Ike ;p. 10% damage.)
A row of 4 arrows? (PictoChat (and Kirby) just owned some Pit ;p. 10% damage) [Contains Walls]
...
That's quite a lot.
Sakurai and his team really went out of their way with this one!
