The Most Wanted Newcomer List for SSB4

This thread is dedicated to finding out which character is most wanted in SSB4, and will be posted across many of the SSB and Nintendo forums across the web.

Reasons for this threads creation / Why ask this so early?:
There is a lot of controversy on which characters where the most requested for Brawl, and if the developers actually listened to the fans or not. I ask this now, so we can get the most honest responses on who people want, and so this can grow as large as possible. I hope to hit many of the sites so it is recognized all over, and hopefully Nintendo won't be able to overlook it. There is also much controversy now on who is just over-hyped and who is really wanted, well by posting early, people can post there own ides.

Goals:
To reach as many forums as possible. To get more people to work as a team on this together, so it can hit the most sites possible, and can be updated more frequently. I hope to get some Japanese fans to help out as well to post on Japanese forums so we can get their point of view as well and Nintendo would have an even harder time overlooking this.

People can PM me to request aiding in bringing this thread to more forums, I can't do it alone, I can only keep up with so many threads. People who don't want to run threads of their own, but want to help out may as moderators to help keep daily counts up. Each month I hope to bring in all the votes and calculate amount of votes per character from all sources.

Rules:
Any character is open as long as the character derived from a video game or is video game based, and has appeared a good number of times on a Nintendo platform and has at least one Nintendo exclusive.
Do not flame others for their ideas, everyone is open to their own opinions.
DO NOT COME HERE TO FLAME
List the series and game with the character so we know who you're talking about.
You may vote up to five newcomers you would like to see. I will disregard your post if you list more than that.
If you vote in one forum, please don't vote again in another, I want this to be as fair as possible!
If you would like to change you vote at a later date, please list the new character you would like to vote for, and the character you previously picked if you already selected 5 that you are taking a vote away from

I tried doing something like this back in 06. The top 5 were Diddy, Ridley, Krystal, Wolf and Dedede in that order. 3 of those 5 made it which isn't bad. Not everyone is going to make it. But the beauty of Smash is that characters left out will get their run the next go around. Expect to see Ridley and Krystal in SSB4.

BTW, most wanted are Issac and Krystal.

My outlook on another Smash brothers is kinda of grim right now, and it almost seems premature to be vying for another installment before the current one is even out in most countries... but I digress.

Utmost hopes are on Geno, of course.
At the very least, though, I hope to see some from the "Forbidden 7" specifically Dixie or Plusle/Minun.

- Bomberman for 3rd Party if they continue the trend (Bomberman Series)
- Midna [with exceptions] (Legend of Zelda - IF she makes more appearances and becomes the next Skull Kid/Tingle in terms of reocurring and/or own sub-games [doubtful]. If not, I guess she'd be better left in obscurity as she probably wouldn't be important enough without the Smash Bros. bump like Sheik got in order to be remembered.)
- Waluigi [wait before flaming >.>] (Mario series - Again, a similar situation to Midna. IF he grafts himself on to a more important part of the series similar to what Wario did, i.e. Wario-World/Ware, or appears in more canon games like Bowser Jr. has for example. If he stays a simple spin-off regular then he's better left in obscurity with Daisy, heh.)

The only characters I wanted in Brawl that did not make it were Dr. Mario, Roy, and Micaiah. any others suck.

Since this one isn't about brawl, should we move the topic? also since it isn't just "OMG I love this character" but actually has a purpose shouldn't it get stickied?

I think people need to start thinking about more villains and also female characters. Also try to think of original Nintendo series that haven't been mined yet, there are plenty yet to be touched but in all the hype people are lazy and just vote for the already very popular characters.

for my official vote, I will put these forth...

1.) Geno Doll possessed by ♪!? the Star Warrior (from Super Mario RPG, released on the Super Famicom on March 9, 1996)

2.) Sukapon (from Joy Mech Fight, released on the Famicom on May 21, 1993) -- would be the next Mr. Game & Watch / R.O.B.

3.) 4WD (from Wild Trax, released on the Super Famicom on June 4, 1994, commonly known as Stunt Race FX in the United States)

my third option is very much in obscurity right now but is my personal favorite and I want to premote the heck out of him or any of the other 3 Stunt Racers. Please recognise a good old nintendo IP and spread the word!
