if use advanced techs ,does it make my physical combat sucks? if im wrong correct me, but its kinda happening to me, i suck physically in this game,

ok ok ill try, my brother said that i was better before i came to this site and learned some of the techs with fox, i think its true, i used to spam firefox's and smashes to win, but now, im getting my butt--er tail kick in a streak of loses i played 15 game and never won one
ill explain my problems...
when i try to grab my bro,i either miss by getting to far to close by accident,or by my bro doing the duck move
i miss my smashes alot,by my bro "ducking" (shield-press down), or he just move outta the way
my shine-spikes, i keep missing
and other stupid mistakes,i dont know what to do, maybe he is just better in-game than me,he doesnt even uses techs, i feel dumb for being here for so long and never improved...

Pressing shield + down = "Dodging", not ducking. And by what I gathered from your posts you mean you suck at Mindgames, your brother can read your every move and still keep you guessing his, all you need to do is try to make your game more varied, try to trick him into doing stuff or into moving into your attacks, I don't know if I am being clear enough.
Don't spend your whole time thinking Wavedash foward, wavedash foward, wavedash foward, shine! Your brother seems to read you, instead try to do new different things, try to vary combos a bit, and practice your advanced techs more to the point where they come out naturally and you don't have to be thinking about them to actually do them, because if you don't get to this then you will spend all your game trying to do "Advanced Techs" and your brother will just know everything you are going to do and effectively avoid it and punish you for it.
Edit: Oh, and if he has the habit of staying near you when you smash and just dodging, try holding your charge for a bit once or twice and hitting him out of the dodge, then when he thinks you're gonna keep holding it, release it instantly, c-stick it. Then just do different things, tilt once in a while, just to keep him guessing.

Either you just plain suck and your brother has gotten to the point where's he better than you and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it
Or
There's comes a time, in any game, where you start moving from the beginner things (spamming attacks, being predictable, etc) and start improving your game. In smash this personifies itself as the development of "advanced" techniques. The problem you are probably facing is the typical adjustment difficulties. You're merely having a bit of trouble learning and incorporating the new things into your game. For example WaveDashing. When you learn to wavedash it's pretty much guaranteed that you're going to do worse for a while. Your brain needs to further ingrain the reflexes AND you need to just adjust to the idea of using a WD. If you are working on learning the advanced techniques, don't give up. It's just your brain assimilating new things and being a bit slower because of it.
The best and only thing to do would to be to just continuing to practice your l-cancels and wavedashes. Also, you've noticed your brothers play style. Try to pick up on that. If he just spot-dodges your smash attacks, use feints. Run up to him like you'd smash and instead wait and grab. Mix up your game a little. The best part of advanced techniques is the speed and maneuverability it gives you. Eventually you'll become so much better than your brother, not only because you can l-cancel and wavedash, but because you should become intimately aware of game mechanics and flow. Not to mention if you can go crazy fast and he can't, punishing all his predictable moves becomes a breeze.

that "trick to trap" thing sounds hard, its hard to think of it
btw i dont know how to wavedash,i get insta-nair'd of i try to combo to a uair,most of most tech come preety naturally,really its nothing but shine tricks
btw hows this combo/mindgame move: shorthop-shine cancel jump-bair
and i kinda repeat it often,not too much though

Just practice. That's really all it takes. Try some stuff on training mode (don't play the coms.- you'll develop statigies that don't work on human players). Eventually, you'll get better at it, and your bro. will want to learn the same stuff.

shorthop-shine cancel jump-bair? You can run then shine turn around to a wavedash then jump to bair. Or what you said; it is a good move when you incorperate it correctly. With Fox, a really good starting combo to use would be "dash attack, uptilt, uair" <--champ combo. If you didn't understand that, run then press "A", then push the joy up slowly then press "A" then jump and do up "A". Hope that helps

When new player learn advance tech their movements gets sloppier. The most likely reason is that their not use to applying them in battle, because most people just practice them and once they get the hang of it they try it in a real battle. Due to playing in practice where computer only stand your skill of combat get a little sloppy, which never applying advance tech in a really battle and learning when to use them, so keep on applying advance techs and learn when and not to use them.

Obviously tho your not very good at advanced techniques because you did better when you didn't do them. That or your brother got better. It didn't take a day to build rome. Don't expect to learn these techniques in a day.

Anyway, to actually try and help, I'll post some bits of advice. First off, don't do the same things, because then your brother will simply guard and counterattack. Try varying your attacks, and if all else fails, laser spam until he attacks you, back throw, then shine spike...

damit, when will people learn...advanced techs are like 20 percent of the actual top level of play. efficiency in moves and being 2 steps ahead of your opponent is the rest.

Coming to the boards has actually helped me a lot but mind games is what is key for winning most matches.
If you see that if u charge at him and he dodges just wait for it and then grab or whatever, then switch it up.
