Specifically I think he needs frame data + damage tweaks. My ideal Chrom is a version of Roy that is more offset towards low edgeguards to take stocks as opposed to having raw power nearly equal to his with much less effort involved.

tbh I kinda like the whole big boy buttons/mobility combo, but I see how the current Chrom seems uninspired since he's just blunty overtuned with a damming weakness tacked on.
