Though I think that's the nature of CCI and perhaps, the nature of all internet discussion. Everything trends towards hyperbole, like when we were arguing earlier that Diddy had no losing matchups (maybe?) and he only had 2 even matchups (OH WORD?). Hyperbole is, literally, the single worst thing that has ever happened to humanity in the history of forever.

On that note, I do agree about the overly macho get good statements. I feel like they'd have more weight if they focused on being critical like mine. Oh well.

Lol @ your first comment. And I get where they come from, competition breeds that kind of nature. It's just...I can literally see D3 and Yoshi on both sides of my browser as I'm typing this. Smash Bros. just doesn't seem like the series for that kinda testosterone throw down.

Yeah I can too. I mean I'm not a Cloud player but I can definitely agree with their sentiments. I really wish the community would buckle down and pretend they want to learn their own game.

But hey those Cloud players really don't matter, once we remove him from the game I'm sure low level players will love it, especially the large portion of them that are playing and learning via Cloud. They will most certainly not be upset and leave.

Yeah. And legit, I think most of the community that matters is buckling down and learning the game - the rising level of competition and advancements in the meta has been inspiring. I love watching Smash Bros. tourneys and I love going out to my local which sports some mean competition. It may just not be always reflected in the Mad Max-ian wasteland that is CCI

Kung Fu Treachery did make post of the year about Falcon though. He feels so close to exciting yet the followups vanish. It does look disrespectful af when you Dair someone's ass though.

falcon (a good falcon) is hype on a stream but an actual nuisance in practice

Honestly with Cloud his mobility is all that really bugs me. Reduce his ground speed to around Palutena's and his air speed to around Wario's in Limit and he's be fine.
