Sorry I never replied to these we had to go somewhere but for online I went to the launcher in the PM folder and then there was an addon folder with a 7z file that you extract. It should give you a new .gct file that you put in the codes section and it should work like PM.

I ended up using regular PM because I wanted to have the same things as everyone else, but I might switch back.
