Ryu's is 27f total/28f FAF but it varies by character; Rosa's is 23f FAF iirc.

its cool. i actually got my answer several hours ago. its actually a bit shorter then that. seems to be about 16 frames if you cancel the turn as soon as Ryus fist hits the ground. tho his isnt even the fastest. bowser's is 12 which is nuts.
