You have no idea. To be brief, the IASA frame was moved to the very end of the Jab 1 animation when Link is back to the neutral standing stance again. It's the laziest way to fix what wasn't even a problem once you knew all the facts, like I did. Link went from having one of the best jabs in the game to one of the worst; not even exaggerating. It killed his CQC and hit-confirm kill game. We're back to Brawl meta.
