Indeed Did you know there's a separate server where everyone starts level 1 everywhere with no items? The server is stuck in 2007 right before summoning and ZMI altar

Yeah I know about it, I played it for a little while and then just stopped. Honestly it sucks restarting the whole game at level one and no having no Grand Exchange got me scammed quite a bit. Plus I think they kind of screwed up the "rare" items like Partyhats and such, they were so sought after in the 2007 RuneScape era and now Jagex is just handing them out to everyone.

I'm not really a fan of the "updates" either, it feels weird having new things that didn't actually exist in the 2007 RuneScape or the existing one.

A lot of nitpicks by me, but at the end of it, all of the friends I used to have that played RS in 2007 no longer play it, and won't ever play it again, that's the big hitter.

That's true. I stopped playing after too many stupid updates on a game that was perfectly fine. But after putting 11 500 hours into that game, it'll always hold a place in my heart
