I just use brawlbox for the majority of editing. For textrues, I use photoshop.

I found the stage I want to edit, and located the actual stage, but how do I select, move, delete, etc? I know that would probably be a long tutorial, but my main question is that whenever I try to select anything it just brings out a blue box (select?) that doesn't really do anything...
