- For further context, Nelson Peltz is an activist investor who is buddies with former Marvel exec Ike Perlmutter (who was fired last year.)
Peltz and Perlmutter would had been terrible candidates to have on the Disney board considering that Peltz stated this and Perlmutter was one who seemingly attempted to replace the X-Men with the Inhumans.
Another interesting fact about Peltz was that his daughter Nicola was apparently casted as Katara in that awful and dreadful live action film adaptation of "the Last Airbender" where she gave a terrible performance.
That is why I am glad that Peltz lost.
