My pipedream inclussion for Drifting Dimensions is a track based on El Grand Prix Del Verano, a really popular and nostalgic show from Spain's TV.

More so because it's theme song goes really hard for a Circuit, but the various challenges from the show would be dope as obstacles and shortcuts too:
