Well that was a random Link pick from Mr. R. Mario is not fun with Link imo, but Mr. R's Link was better than I expected. He was bombsliding around (kind of pointlessly), but he seemed to have the grab conversions on point.

So Mr. R went Link game 3 in 2GG Greninja Saga against Anti's Mario after being down 2-0 and... his Link is a lot better than I expected. It was pretty even for a while (both took each other's first stock at the same time), before Anti just ran away with the second stock.

You should probably watch Scizor's analysis of T at Civil War. It's long, but iirc in the Nakat vs. T match he basically said "Nakat respected Link too much and had no idea how to play against a good Link. On the other hand, T knew EXACTLY how to play against a good Fox. Not to take anything...

Watched through Scizor's analysis of T's matches at Civil War. Apparently Dabuz asked @ScizorVX how to play against Link and Dabuz followed Scizor's advice to a T (pun intended)... Boo T was betrayed by a fellow Link! =P.

Would be interesting to see what Khakis thinks of T vs. Nakat since Khakis played against and lost to Nakat at some point iirc. That's probably better suited for the metagame thread though.

I totally agree and am not a fan of it either. I'm just giving them the benefit of the doubt since I'd rather be positive about it. FOW went and posted a Rosa absorbing Ness's UpB as a response xD.

All I have to say is we'll see how players like T, Fatality, Hikaru, etc. do going forward. If anything, it goes to show a lot of characters are fairly viable. What top players clearly do is adapt like crazy to stay at the top. That's what Zero, Nairo, Ally, etc. typically do and that's why we...
