No, The Real reason why Capcom Characters weren't in Brawl was because Sakurai doesn't like Megaman and doesn't think any other Capcom Characters are good enough to be in 'His' Game.

Everybody knew there was going to be a Third Smash bros. but I was watching a Live Webcast of E3 when they First showed the Trailer, I almost Crapped myself, I was just in shock! The amount of Change from Melee to Brawl is Astounding!

Bowser Jr. has a VERY Strong Chance of becoming a Newcomer in SSBBrawl, But this little 'Encounter' won't get you any further to knowing the Truth! Those of you who are American just have to wait until Feb 10th to find out all the Info whereas British people like me have to wait until after June...
