Like the guy above said every character can be cheap if you just think that way... It´s just a matter to see Snake´s and other characters disadvantages. If you start playing againts Snake users you learn to remember where they placed a landmine, it´s a matter of thinking in the real life...

I agree with thewiredknight that Pit. He is fast and a very easy tactic to perform between them is pit trap them with side-b and Ike uses his forward smash.

For approaching you can just Short-hop and do it. That would give you a very small forward dashing which will make it easier to release it and hit your opponent.
