The issue with ness is that his moves aren't quick enough to be able to counter the high tiers. You're saying that his specials have a lot of attack power, but things like n.b take 15 years to come out anyway, and are difficult to land in casual play. Let alone competitive

The only ways you are able to play it early require you to mod your switch to either break the pre-order key, or do install the full rom which was leaked. (Wouldn't recommend cus we don't know which ones contain brick code.)
