In my experience, olimar just dominates lucario. His pikmin easily fend off any projectiles and his long grab prevent lucario from doing anything except pretty much fsmash and dair.

Snapshots are jpg, but they are encrypted. A decrypter is being worked on right now. Videos are in a proprietary format. They are useless, because they require the game engine to render the video.

Yes you're wrong. The files only save certain information for the game to recreate the screenshot/video, to keep down file size. Hopefully somebody will find a way to develop a program that can imitate the brawl engine for videos, but I doubt it.
