Weekly tournament, every Tuesday. If you mean what time each local ends, they last for as long as necessary for the tournament's progress. Post-tourney casuals can be played until midnight.

I would also like to add, that if Smash players are willing to bring all necessary equipment for a Smash tournament (this includes consoles, monitors/TVs, cords, etc.), the venue fee for contributors will be waived.
