Rosalina is really hard. Don't ever challenge her when she is below you. Just get to the ledge using Bair and Dair to mix up when and where you fall to. Be unpredictable with Gyro or she will just gravity it. That being said she is super easy to rack up damage on if you fluster her throwing it...

I've noticed The Tantalus, also on the VGBC stream, likes forward smash follow ups at the ledge. I think it might be more reliable though perhaps less powerful. I'm still testing. When I started learning the up smash set up I was very surprised how tight the window is. It's very easy to miss.

Rob's Up Air went from 11% to 10%. Down throw up air definitely did 21% before, now it is 20%.
