I've used a USA rom and a PAL rom and neither of them work. How can I tell if the rom is byte-swapped?

Where are you getting the error? Is it the patcher or project 64? And yes PJ64 is best. I get the error once I open the rom in the emulator

Anyone else getting the "attempt to open file failed" error? If so, does anyone know how to fix it? I'm using the new 0.5.3 patcher that Jorgasms posted above Also What would be the best emulator to use. I usually use Project64 but it's being messing up recently

I've followed the guide through twice and I've been successful up to the point where I open USB loader. It goes for about 30 secs until it says it couldn't find a USB or HDD drive. Im currently using a 32GB Toshiba USB. Ill try the USB that you have linked and ill come back to tell if it works...

My wii won't recognise my usb no matter what I do. I open usb loader and it just times out. Anyone else have this problem?
