Freaky, I have the same problem. I live in Georgia, and my ISP is Clear. But before we switched to Clear, online worked fine.

This happens every few months. Nintendo never really does anything to make their servers better. Just simply fixing them. So I wouldn't get my hopes up. :(

I fought a Marth like that once. He was definitely not a taunt spammer but managed to turn one against me for a single battle. Epic battles, I teched two spikes and one stage spike in a one match.

Way too many things to remember (I've had over 15,000 matches). There was this one PAUNCH match where everyone was Captain Fabulous. I've had PAUNCH battles before, but I later found one of the guys in that room on Youtube.
