Porygon-Z makes sense, actually. Porygon was in Smash Bros, and its evolution Porygon 2 was in Melee. Makes some degree of sense that, as the only pokemon which carried over an evolution into Melee, that Porygon Z might show up as a Pokeball in Brawl.
