I'd imagine the idea of completely balancing a game would be impossible. Too many factors to balance out and some characters will always be better by design.

Alright I have 3 matchups that I'm having problems dealing with on Netplay. 1. Squirtle 2. Ganondorf 3. Roy How do I play these match ups correctly?

Sly cooper games aren't too long but on your first playthrough it'll take maybe 10-15 hours on the first game and 15-25 on the next two. That's if you like collecting stuff for pretty cool bonuses. The Sly collection is 30$ on PSN or Gamestop plus it's an HD remake, I think that's a bargain...

Chapter 4 WHAT

Honestly, JCing Yoshi's grabs isn't that useful in most cases of tech chasing, mainly due to JCing reducing the overall range Yoshi can cover with his dash grab. It's too good, maybe using it in really specific situations but other than that I'm not sure about a use for it.
