LVL 9 Luigi's are pretty tough, I like playing 2 Luigi's and a Pika/Peach. Pretty challenging if you have no one else to play with. Mario's and Falco's are fun too. LVL 9's are pretty bull**** with their instant dodge/attack reactions.

D-tilt is faster, the bucket takes anywhere from 50(not collecting energy) to 60(when collecting) frames, and d-tilt is around 25 or so frames.

D-tilt eliminates his proximity mines effectively as well.

All I have to say is that I'm not the biggest of anime fans, but Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, and, yes I will say it (lol), Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. Gundam is cool as well. Naruto is not. :D Anyone want to share the love on these shows? I sure do.
