Really good guide, the most complete Ness guide so far imo. How did you find the frame data of Magnet and Fsmash (reflector)? I searched it for a long time before giving up. Also, I'm pretty sure that the reflector hitbox of Fsmash comes out on frame 16 since it reflects Samus' shot (frame 16)...

Ness' jab should be a bit lower. It can jab reset and has decent startup, but it's pretty bad outside of that.

I would say Nakat uses a lot of movement, like fox trots or double jumps, to confuse his opponent and catch him off guard. Shaky tends to be more patient and defensive than the other two.
