I play Samus and I freakin' love Wario. Ness...not so much, it's the Pk Thunder. Just don't like it, all of his other air attacks are great though. Wario and Samus also have very similar recovery attacks.

This is pretty much exactly why Tiers are a bad thing. Do yourself a favor and forget it so you can play the character that you like and just enjoy it. Except that is probably impossible at this point,(again, Tiers....bad) so all I can say to help is that in my experience every character I have...

The key. Whenever you are above someone, get em' with the key!! Then there is the torch. Among the most powerful smashes in the game. Unfortunately, this leads to many people just spamming this move forever. Yuck. His standard A attack is great too, in a annoying sort of way.
