Except that he has similar animations but not the same frame data. Anyway I'd say Tiers 1-4 are actually pretty good so we need to focus on the cluster**** that is Tier 5 and tiny Tier that is Tier 6 and balance them out as well as fix some characters that are still incorrectly placed...

While the hitboxes in front of her when she hits are somewhat small, the fact that she has hitboxes both in front and behind her can make her tricky to fight. She has not one but two solid projectiles. Side B in particular is great for ledgecamping and follow-ups to throws/off-stage attacks...

Heavy Disagree here. While I don't mind you up voting him saying he's at minimum compared to Roy is just wrong. Roy actually has throw combos, his Neutral B actually has use against half-decent players and he has much more consistent follow-ups and KO moves. Roy likely was somewhat overhyped...
