I think the 5 stock 1 match works for the time slots alloted. Otherwise, it will take about 15 minutes for 2 players to finsih up and it will spill over into the next slots. I know the matches I played the past two days there took about 10 minutes at 5 stock, and I'm not even a tournament...

They were playing it as if it were a game, therefore playing everything it has to offer, not limiting themselves to one ruleset and sticking to it. And under these conditions, skill does take away from excitement to normal players, as the unpredictability of the items, Smash Balls, and all that...

I may not have played much Pikmin but didn't Pikmin 2 have a dungeon-like area as well while also taking place on a new planet? You never know. There could be multiple Pikmin stages or it could just be the one. Won't know until release. As for the stage itself, another stage for me to battle...

You'd be suprised at how quick the scene is at dumping games to begin with.

In case you are putting that only one type of player will dominate the online scene, be it tournament players or casual players, keep in mind that for Item Switch you can change it to whatever you want and it will randomly choose between your item switch or someone else's, the same way stages...

If it works the same as in Melee it will still give out boxes and capsules. I should know, I tried a match with nothing but the Blast Barrels in Melee. Those things are rare as it is, and making it by themselves only makes a lot of Barrels and Capsules appear before a Blast Barrel appears. So...

I want new stages. **** characters. Stages are awesome in their own respect. Also, I an curious about the musical selections if this is a new demo. Would be pretty cool to hear about certain songs making their way in.
