Changing Color Effects in Melee!
I got a problem when i tried to change the color of Fox and Falcos lasers in 20XX. I've downloaded a file with purple firefox and shine and that works fine. But when i changed the color myself, the different laser color is only visable when I play NTSC, not PAL (Im from Sweden so its pretty...- Spitzy
