    Brawl doesn't suck.

    Us competitive players don't despise the game, we just don't see it as a advanced melee. The slow gameplay and lack of combos turns a match into anyone's game. It's a fun game no doubt, I play it almost daily, but it's not as advanced as melee is.

    You suicide before your opponent flying off in the background dies. Who wins?

    It depends what player you are. If you take bowser with his forward-B and suicide while being player 1, you will always win. If you do it as player 2 to player 1, it will go to sudden death. Same rules apply with player 2 against a player 3 and so forth.

    I tested this and it seems that there is less lag the closer your opponent lives. So anyone wanna brawl right now?

    Hell no, D3 is actually pretty fast with his aerial game, just don't spam F-smash and you will see a difference.

    Brawl is brawl. Not Melee 2.0

    The pro players who are competitive with the game will usually dislike Brawl. Everyone was expecting a upgraded melee, not a completely different game. They're upset for now but eventually they will get good and forget about melee.
