I'm not at my GameCube so I can't check priority, but I would guess that nair or dair might be able to cancel it out. Either that or try to air dodge out of the way. I'll try and check when I can. But I wouldn't advise basing skill on your ability to four stock level 9s. They read your move...

I've seen chu and wobbles both pull off this magic move where they do their side+b and float really high up! and I can't figure it out. Does anyone happen to know how that happens?

I too want to try to main Kirby, but so far the only reliable kill move without my opponent being at %200 is mu Uair. Do you know of any other good ways to take stocks from opponents?

Work on your punish game. Whenever I play a puff, I usually fair them until I can down smash them off the stage for a KO. Spacing is important. Know where you have to be to get a tipper off and such. Other than that, experiment and see what works.

Moonwalking is just flashy, but very fun to show off and taunt opponents in between stocks. At least I haven't found any practical use for it.

I personally have a sheik secondary to avoid Marth dittos whenever I can. But really it's whatever works best for you. Falco is a pretty good matchup too.

XD I don't know just play and figure out the moveset and spacing, pretty much like most other characters.

The best advice I can give is to try to get him off the ledge and nair him into KO and practice DI. Or try to pick up a secondary? In general it's just not a good matchup.
