I voted Ridley and then put in my description why I think he'd work. If he wins by a significant amount, Sakurai will probably feel obligated to do it.

I was pissed enough when Brawl took away the individual Target Tests, but Target Blast is really lame to me personally.

What I'm getting from this interview is that Sakurai COULD have made him work, but it would've been difficult and didn't want to go through all the trouble when he could've been adding more fighters. Plus, he didn't just say "too big". He gave other reasons too, like the flying around thing.

I had a TON of trouble with it. Eventually I got it with defense-maxed Ganondorf by spamming rolls and up smashes.

Smash 4 feels like its own thing. And if you're looking solely at how it plays in multiplayer, then I'd say it's a nice balance between Brawl and Melee that surpasses both.

I'm definitely not expecting Ridley DLC. But I'd embrace it and probably freak out. Any chance some campaign could start to get him in? Or would that be disrespectful to Sakurai or something?

I thought Sakurai just recently did an interview in which he said Gamefreak has nothing to do with the Pokemon that make it.

I think the true potential thing is going to be 8-Player Smash.

Just because Tower of Smash is dead doesn't mean DLC characters are dead. NeoGaf and ToS were different leaks.

It seems like doing it through Classic mode would be significantly more fun than jumping off one stock 120 times.

Nobody wants Waddle Doo, lots of people want Bandana Dee. That's enough reason to pick him over the other,

I don't really care if Bandana Dee makes it, I always thought Prince Fluff would be more fun, but Bandana Dee's not a terrible choice. He's definitely the fourth most important character to the Kirby franchise (Goomba's not a fair comparison because there are tons of more significant characters...
