Punctuation is vital! Even more vital to poetry, where one word here and another word there means everything to the purpose of a poem. With punctuation properly used, you can guide your readers to receive your poem how you want them to receive it.

I like your battle scenes. You describe the classic Tales attacks well. It's been a while since I've played a Tales games but I have a soft spot for Symphonia and Vesperia, equally; is the Tower in your story the Tower of Salvation from Symphonia?

I don't know much about poetry so I won't critique on style or structure or rhythm or any such sort. Your content, however, is exquisite, and you translate your intentions quite well. "Their great works, sit stagnant and moored?/Unbelievable to them--yet the masses are bored" Kudos.
