What ****ing low tiers does Marth not dominate?

My vote: Here's my list. 1-4 all tourney viable at highest level, 5-8 a little below 1-4 in viability, 9-14 semi-viable, 15-26 low tier tourney viable otherwise low tier hype and nonviable Fox Marth Falco Sheik Peach Puff Falcon ICs Pika Doc Samus Luigi Yoshi YLink...

Haven't had access to a computer in a while. I eagerly await it. While I have stayed on the dark side (Marth, Sheik), I still want to have a really good pocket Pichu because learning a low tier really teaches you about your opponent's options.

Ehhh. No PM is kind of a drag considering I don't like Smash 4 at all.. Wanted to get my toes wet in Melee and PM, but not sure if I'll go to this one. :/
