Why Wario is a joke and a weak character

Well, its his Fthrow that kills, not his Bthrow However, I will agree that a lot of his moves kill a lot later than I feel they should, particularly Uair, Bair, Dsmash, and UpB

Mad Scienstein: Combos, Concepts and Creativity

Alright, so I’ve been doing a lot of testing on Wario and have found a lot of small stuff possible. Dair -> Bair, Jab1 -> Dash Attack, whatever. What I’ve looked at most is Wario Dtilt and its followups. TL;DR: Run Turnaround Cancel Down Tilt is a much more consistent kill confirm than a...

New Wario 0-Death? (also kill setup for waft?)

I can pretty consistently jab reset opponents after footstooling them with FF Sour Fair. You just have to practice doing the inputs quickly and make sure not to do a high footstool jump. The only part that makes it unreliable is following their drift when they're falling after the footstool...

New Wario 0-Death? (also kill setup for waft?)

I don't think U-tilt has enough hitstun to combo into a footstool but it's an interesting idea and mixup

Mad Scienstein: Combos, Concepts and Creativity

Never thought about our combo starters into aerial bike before **This is all on Marth** After watching this I did some testing and it seems you can also true combo Landing Uair -> Bike, but it's just a strict as Nair -> Bike I've managed to get it on Marth from 40% - 90% Uair -> Bike -> Dair...

Mad Scienstein: Combos, Concepts and Creativity

I’ve been playing around with Wario’s Rising D-air combos at very early percents (0 - 25%, very character dependant) To help visualize I made a little compilation of some combos. I know I should have done Mario but I forgot all about him. Anyways, enjoy.

Speaking of shields, does anyone know how much shield stun an uair has on shield now? I think it was slightly safe on shield before the update so I was thinking it could lead into a half waft and break a shield.

    Using Training Mode with Wario

B reversing the bite after biking in the air can give you a huge sudden momentum shift in the opposite direction. The timing is kind of tricky so I'll often practice it, even though it isn't that useful Also -turnaround cancels -jump cancel reverse usmash And most of which everyone else said

    I'm loving Wario

When it comes to throws, I doubt Wario will get some kind of d-throw to aerial, just because waft would be stupidly unfair to combo that easily. If he did get a buffed throw, it should probably be a d-throw at an angle that forces a tech, like Sonic's. The bike mindgames would be great. And...

I found a cool new Wario tech for competitive play!

Don't know if it makes a difference but utilt's intangibility begins on frame 5, so if they can't jump out in time would you be able to beat out an aerial they use, like a nair, then hit with the frame 12 hitbox? Unsure about how intangibility works though or how its different from invicibilty

Data Wah Wah Wah : The Wario Matchup thread

Really? I remember his up-b comes out at frame 6. Why would it be good for escaping combos when nair is faster?
