honestly if fox is firefoxing to ledge and you're in a situation where you could possibly downsmash but not go offstage to snuff the recovery, a better option is dair imo. Unless they're sweetspotting ledge, dair is easier and safer, and it sets up being able to go down and kill them after.

He uses tap jump primarily and Z primarily for aerials. That being said, he definitely does use X/Y (not sure which) and the C stick in certain situations. He also uses Z for L cancels. This is useful because he doesn't have to worry about hard pressing a trigger and being unable to tech.
