So you input an attack during turnaround lag and it allows you to slide? Is that basically what all that said? Edit:Nvm I tried it for myself. It's between turnaround lag and the dash. So it's not a perfect pivot

Yes, Lucina can SH fair and DB before she lands. The DB usually isn't guaranteed though.
