Let's make this more specific. Doesn't it feel like most people only back these promotion picks because it goes down the slippery slope of "if they promote Spirits now this means *my* guy has a chance" without actually liking the ARMS rep in question?

Not that this speaks for everyone but doesn't it feel at times that the people who've supported Springman or Min Min or any ARMS rep who currently exists in the game right now don't really do it because they're ARMS fans but because they're just after breaking the "no promotions" fan rule / set...

IIRC I don't remember Heihachi's guest appearance being a DLC spot specifically. If this was for KOF XV he could easily be a base game fighter, but as it stands, we don't know anything about KOF XV at all other than it exists.
