I am either being really dumb or its not showing up for me, all I see next to post Reply is the more options, and the more options just takes me to another page where it isn't showing the words "upload a file" near post reply, and I check all the icons above like the image next to the smile...

Ok Thanks, I found the line in the hex editor I need to change, I just need to find what the correct numbers are for white for this color format thing RR GG BB. The line it says to change is 00 6E 00. So how do I change that to white? I tried messing around with the 00 6E 00 and then saving it...
