    is it because it’s fun? Or because it makes us briefly forget. Your thoughts turn to your father as you consider your childhood. in your childhood room you see the gift your father recently gave you. yet he doesn’t seem to be around to play. You see the KITE on the ground.

    you light the candle. A strange flame is seen on the wick, and it emits an otherworldly glow.

    there are few inedible things you haven’t tried to eat yet, and you’ll be damned if this candle escapes your attempt. You nibble it like an ear of corn. Though it’s waxy, you can’t quite bite down on it. after a few attempts you see that you haven’t even left teeth marks

    you grab odd candle, and head west! ….back out the way you entered. No monster here! score : 57
